What we do
We are a high-end French Bakery serving freshly baked pastries and Specialty; Single Region, Fair-Trade Organic Coffee to the niche market in Downtown Newark; the home of Prudential head offices and the Rutgers University campus and dorms. We are also partnering with Bubbleology to offer the science of bubble tea for all customer base.
Our franchise’s first location will be both retail and catering to the general public, office associates and students with a focus on offering unique, great tasting pastries and coffee beverages along with various bubble tea in a friendly environment.

Our vision is to create top-notch French Bakery and a Specialty Organic Coffee Shop that will attract a solid client base and consequently lead to a profitable business
The Problem & Our Solution
We recognize how challenging it can be to find freshly baked premium quality pastries in Newark, a place where thousands of people travel for work on a daily basis.
We all know that Coffee is delicious, but poor-quality coffee can be toxic. Big Coffee chains like Starbucks and Dunkin lacks the freshness of coffee. To hide the quality, they roast their beans so dark customer only taste general smoky flavor with high acidity and less caffeine.
We also recognize there’s no hang-out spot for Rutgers Students where they can enjoy a great tasting Bubble Tea and a pleasant atmosphere while doing projects or just hanging out with friends.
Our Café provides a solution to these problems. A French bakery, serving premium pastries attract the niche market of pastry lovers seeking premium quality baked goods.
Our specialty coffee shop serves clean and pure Single region Organic coffee ensuring there are never any pesticides. The high altitude grown coffee is roasted to highlight the beans unique characteristics that will attract coffee enthusiastic from Prudential Tower and other government offices in Newark.
